ACTA in a Nutshell –
What is ACTA? ACTA is the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. A new intellectual property enforcement treaty being negotiated by the United States, the European Community, Switzerland, and Japan, with Australia, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Mexico, Jordan, Morocco, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada recently announcing that they will join in as well.
Why should you care about ACTA? Initial reports indicate that the treaty will have a very broad scope and will involve new tools targeting “Internet distribution and information technology.”
What is the goal of ACTA? Reportedly the goal is to create new legal standards of intellectual property enforcement, as well as increased international cooperation, an example of which would be an increase in information sharing between signatory countries’ law enforcement agencies.

I've choose Togawa and Shima from Doushitemo Furetakunai, by Yoneda Kou. The reason of this choice, even if it was difficult to do it between all the boy's love I adore it, but Yoneda-sensei worth it. What I like of this story, and in general of her style, are the long moments of silence in the manga, with just an exchange of looking between the two protagonists. Both of them, they're particularly messed up, each one with a serious past, with a trauma and a hidden wish of serenity and happiness. Their first meeting wasn't so great but for some reason, Togawa decides that Shima can bring peace in his life, even if it's really difficult and his talks about wanting a family say it different and it's kind of ambigous actually, but his feelings for Shima are real in some way very hard to understand. Shima's unsure in everything he does, so Togawa's desire of a family makes him feel awful because his presence can be a nuisance for that to be achieved. He also can't move on on his painful experiences even if he really loves Togawa, he actually does but his being scary of the future seems to block him. So Yoneda-sensei with her art and way of narration can give a perfect introspection, the feeling you can see the time flowing trough the character's expressions, so there isn't the velocity typical of the manga, we could say it's similar to the one of a movie, you see the protagonist's face, the moment he thinks and then some word who can have multitude of meanings. So just a small thing can bring Shima to reconsider everything, to change his mind and follow his heart and Togawa is there, like he knew it was just a time matter. This story has all in it, tragedy, painful memories, a good erotic part, some comical jokes who make the characters real and also fluffy moments. Not for nothing I've bought this volume in English and also in French, because I have the habitude to become a fanatic when I really like something.
